Sample DNA leads to Face Reconstruction

Scientists have discovered a way to reconstruct criminal faces with a very small amount of DNA. The DNA provides the information for 9 facial ‘landmarks’ including the position of cheek bones, distance between eyes and the height, length and width of the nose. With this new research they can construct what an offender would look like using blood or semen. This potentially makes it easier to catch murderers, rapists and other criminals.
