Wheelie was a Murder Line

James Jepson was caught on CCTV dragging a wheelie bin with his neighbour’s dead body in it, after he murdered him. His neighbour had special needs and tried to give Jepson a hug, which lead to Jepson strangling him with a clothes line. The bin was found on a disused railway line with the body covered in petrol.
