Rapist Spikes 12 Years Old Girl’s Drink

Bailed rapist spiked 12-year-old’s fruit juice before sexually abusing her. Samuel Omar spiked a youngster’s Fruit Shoot drink with vodka before sexually assaulting the girl. This was while he was on bail for attacking another child. The court case for this previous incident was delayed due to funding cut-backs. He was yesterday jailed indefinitely and must serve at least three years and three months before being considered for parole.
