An
18-year-old made depraved sexual comments about 5-year-old April Jones on Facebook. He made these
offensive remarks on the day a man was charged for April’s murder. Sam Busby pleaded guilty to
the charge of sending an indecent and offensive message brought under the 2003
Communications Act. He was given a six week jail term, suspended for 18 months at Worcester Magistrates
Court.
