Cameron has signalled that there will no longer be cautions for people carrying
knifes. 1 in 5 people convicted of carrying a knife get a caution. He
thinks the punishment is too lenient for being armed with a knife and he wants
to toughen up against knife crime. Or is this just one more political sound
bite from the Coalition? Just like the "short, sharp shock."
