Reflects Badly on Police
A rookie police officer was sent to investigate a late night disturbance in Hartlepool and radioed to tell HQ he was at the right address because he could see another patrol car. The control room staff were confused by this because he was a few streets away from the disturbance. When they told him that he realised the other patrol car was a reflection of his own in a shop window. ‘The poor guy took a bit of ribbing,’ Cleveland police said on Tuesday. ‘It was dark and the street lights made the reflection seem very real but it may be some time before he lives this one down.’

Pathologist Parts from Body
HS&Co often have to instruct our experts.
On homicide cases, we have to utilise the services of pathologists. It is
against this background that we learn that a well known pathologist, Freddy
Patel has now been struck off the medical register. We have not used his
services but the police have, including the post-mortem examination of the G20
riots newspaper seller Ian Tomlinson. Mr Patel’s fundamental claim that Mr
Tomlinson had died of a heart attack was contradicted by a string of experts
who said he died of internal bleeding. HS&Co have vast experience in murder,
attempted murder and manslaughter cases throughout England. In Your Defence.
Bobbies Privates
Police chiefs in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire
and Bedfordshire are outsourcing more than 1000 police jobs to the infamous Olympics
security company G4S. Perhaps HS&Co should put forward plans to advertise
our services on police equipment and vehicles?

Pilfering Postie
75,000
items of post went missing after a postie horded them in his garden shed. The
post man spent a lot of gift cards he had stolen from the mail he failed to
deliver. 70,000 of the mail that was stolen was junk mail. The employers of the
postman became suspicious after 58 greetings cards went missing in the
Prestwich area of Manchester. His employers found him out by putting tracking
devices in his vehicle, one of which was in a gift card that he later got
caught on CCTV using. The Postman was jailed for 9 months for 2 charges of
theft at Bolton Crown Court. HS&Co have dealt with lots of theft cases and
have had many good results. Throughout England & Wales. In Your Defence.
