Pathologist Parts from Body

HS&Co often have to instruct our experts. On homicide cases, we have to utilise the services of pathologists. It is against this background that we learn that a well known pathologist, Freddy Patel has now been struck off the medical register. We have not used his services but the police have, including the post-mortem examination of the G20 riots newspaper seller Ian Tomlinson. Mr Patel’s fundamental claim that Mr Tomlinson had died of a heart attack was contradicted by a string of experts who said he died of internal bleeding. HS&Co have vast experience in murder, attempted murder and manslaughter cases throughout England. In Your Defence.
