Community Policing
A police constable with the Northumbria Police Force has been charged with running a brothel, misconduct in a public office and a drugs offence. PC Tate faces nine charges and has appeared before Newcastle Crown Court after being charged on 28th May 2012. He faces five counts of misconduct in a public office, one supplying class C drugs, one of money laundering, one of keeping a brothel and one offence under the Consumer Credit Act. PC Tate and two co-accused were granted bail. The officer will appear before the same court in October to enter his pleas. HS&Co frequently get referrals to act for police officers under investigation.
