Community Service Brand

Celebrity Russell Brand accepted his community service and claimed "it is an honour to help the community." After the comedian threw the iPhone of a ‘Snapper’ through a window, he was given 20 hours of community service as punishment which he was ‘happy to do.’ However, this was in the USA and our minimum period for Punishment in the Community is 40 hours.
